Featuring the Halloween Town City Hall with orange bunting, angular columns and monumental architecture, the set also includes the town's two-faced politician character accessory, the Mayor! Below his tall hat, the Mayor wears a smile whenever he gets his way, but his head swivels to a frown when his temper starts to fray. The expedient official can detect which way the political winds blow to keep his constituents in tow. Busy with plans of bats and cats and jack-o-lanterns too, the Mayor sets out to make this the best holiday ever.
