Mego Corporation has teamed up with Atlas Comics to create a series of Action figures based on Atlas Comics classic characters.

Matthew Dunsinane is a masked highwayman called the Grim Ghost in 1743 – robbing from the rich and keeping the money. He is lured into a trap by a beautiful woman and is captured and hanged. He makes a deal with Satan to continue as the Grim Ghost, sending evil souls to Hell - but in the 20th century. Dunsinane is a man out of time who is fighting to save his own soul while doing the devil’s bidding.
